Our client, a leading data, technology and engineering business, is seeking an interim Legal & Compliance Lead to provide pragmatic and commercially focused legal support. This broad role will cover employment law, compliance, corporate governance and regulatory matters across Ireland, the EU and other European jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities:
* Advising on compliance across employment, tax, construction, anti-bribery and data protection
* Partnering with HR on employment lifecycle issues including investigations, employee relations, terminations and policy development
* Supporting corporate governance, statutory filings, incorporations and company secretarial matters
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
* Overseeing disputes, claims and litigation in multiple jurisdictions
* Providing GDPR and data privacy advice, particularly on employee data and cross-border operations
