**Key Responsibilities:**
• Maintain a high standard of presentation in the garden centre and ensure all displays are visually appealing to customers.
• Maximize sales potential by promoting and merchandising products effectively.
• Provide top-notch customer service, responding to queries and offering advice on products and services.
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager and other team members to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure seamless operation of the garden centre during peak periods.
• Participate in visual merchandising, store layout planning, and product displays.
• Foster a positive working environment, promoting teamwork and excellent communication skills.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
• A degree or certificate in Horticulture is desirable but not essential, provided you have relevant experience and knowledge of the retail gardening industry.
• Proven track record in a similar role, preferably in a retail garden centre setting.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build trusting relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
