Galway.This role has been created as part of a strengthened clinical leadership structure, with a clear focus onon-floor supervision, staff support, and consistent standards of care. It is ahands-on, visible leadership role— ideal for someone who leads from the floor and enjoys supporting teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.This isnot a purely administrative or office-based role. The successful candidate will be present, approachable, and actively involved in day-to-day clinical practice.The OpportunityFollowing a recent HIQA inspection, the provider has committed to investing in stronger clinical leadership and supervision across the home.
