Exciting position has arisen and we are looking for a Part Time Telephonist to join our Front Office Team Job Description As the first point of contact for the hotel and front office department the ideal candidate must have strong customer service skills.
Responsible for answering/ understanding and routing calls in a polite tone and manner.
Courteous and professional in all dealings with customers both internal and external Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Administration duties Ability to work well within a team and independently in a busy working environment.
Some Receptionist duties will be required To assist reservations department with enquiries and confirmation calls to guests (which may include from time to time some upselling information on dining/events in the hotel) The ideal candidate should have: Previous experience in Reception, Reservations or a similar role Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
