A well‑established and growing professional services firm is seeking to appoint an experienced senior accountant to join its Midlands team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of SME and agri‑sector clients, working closely with Partners and specialist teams to deliver high‑quality advisory and compliance services.
The role offers strong progression potential within a collaborative and growth‑focused environment.
The Role
As Senior Accountant, You Will
Manage a portfolio of SME and agri‑sector clients
Review financial statements and tax computations for sole traders, partnerships, and companies
Provide advisory support to clients on business performance and strategic decisions
Work closely with Partners to support regional growth initiatives
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of internal processes
Support and mentor junior team members where required
About You
You Will Be
ACA / ACCA / CPA qualified
Minimum 3 years’ experience within public practice
Strong technically across accounts preparation and tax compliance
Commercially aware with a client‑focused mindset
Highly organised with strong deadline management capability
An effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Motivated, proactive, and committed to professional development
Passionate about supporting businesses in achieving sustainable growth
