A global construction and infrastructure consultancy is hiring Graduate Quantity Surveyorsto join its Cost Management and Commercial teamsacross Ireland, supporting major developments across property, infrastructure, healthcare, education, energy and transport.
This is ahigh-exposure graduate rolewhere you'll work onlive projects from day one, supporting cost control, commercial strategy and financial delivery across some of the most complex construction programmes in Europe.
Key Criteria (what we're screening for)We're looking for graduates who match most of the following:2:1 degree or above in: Quantity Surveying Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management Construction Economics Or a closely related discipline RICS or SCSI accredited degree preferred Strong interest in construction, cost management or commercial project delivery Comfortable working with numbers, data and reports Confident communicator who can work with clients and project teams Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple deadlines Eligible to work in Ireland or the UKPrevious placement or construction experience is helpful butnot essential.
What you'll be working on You'll support projects fromearly design through to final account, working alongside senior commercial professionals across a wide mix of sectors including commercial property, residential, healthcare, education and major infrastructure.
Your work will include: Pre-contract Cost planning and cost modelling Value engineering and risk analysis Tendering and procurement Contract documentation Post-contract Valuations and financial reporting Change control and variations Cost forecasting and cashflow Client reporting and due diligence You'll see projects move fromconcept to completion, gaining the full commercial lifecycle experience needed for long-term career growth.
