Club Attendant Opportunity
The Leisure Club is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Attendant. In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to members and ensuring a safe and efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for all members, addressing queries in person, by phone or email
* Ensure seamless day-to-day operations during opening hours
* Collaborate with the Manager to promote the club and enhance member experience
* Contribute to general cleaning duties
* Manage membership inquiries and facilitate sales transactions with customers
About You
We are looking for someone who excels at providing outstanding customer service and possesses a flexible approach to working hours. To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
* Pools/lifeguard certification and First Aid qualifications
* National Certification for Exercise and Fitness (NCEF) or equivalent
* A strong team player with a desire to progress in your career
