Job Title: Senior Construction Project Manager
This role requires a skilled and experienced construction professional to oversee all site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of HSEQ requirements and be able to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, planning works with project managers, scheduling crews and coordinating site activities.
* They will also need to identify traffic management requirements, negotiate delivery times with suppliers and assess the reliability of sub-contractors.
