A client is seeking a
Procurement Manager
to lead procurement across multiple locations, driving cost-efficiency, compliance, and supplier excellence.
The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational oversight, ensuring smooth processes and value for the business.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a multi-country procurement strategy aligned with business and sustainability goals.
Lead supplier selection, performance tracking, and contract negotiations.
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to optimise procurement processes.
Enforce procurement policies, including PO compliance and invoice accuracy.
Monitor KPIs, streamline requisitions, and support vendor onboarding.
Skills & Experience
Proven procurement leadership, ideally in multi-site service or facilities management.
Strong knowledge of PO systems, supplier vetting, and invoice workflows.
Experience with procurement analytics, KPI management, and stakeholder engagement.
Familiarity with sustainability frameworks (e.g., EcoVadis) and Microsoft Business Central.
Strategic, proactive, and collaborative with strong operational discipline.
Comfortable driving change and process improvements.
Tech-savvy with procurement platform experience.
