We are currently working with a boutique Wealth Management firm who are looking to add a Client Services Executive to their team on a contract basis.
Responsibilities of this
Client Services Executive
Job:
Prepare new business proposals
Complete client profiles and fund switch forms
Assist with the preparation and issuing of annual portfolio reviews
Deal with ad-hoc client queries and requests
Support compliance and operational governance activities, such as maintaining required records, preparing documentation, database management and helping with routine checks or filing
Requirements of this
Client Services Executive
Job:
Experience in the Financial Services industry
Client-focused and efficient, with excellent attention to detail
Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly when working with data, reports or processes
Excellent organisation and time management skills
