Project Portfolio Lead (12-month contract)
Project leadership role responsible for delivery of cross-functional biopharmaceutical transfer and integration projects. This position manages scope, schedule, cost, and stakeholder alignment across multi-site project teams in a GMP environment.
Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional, multi-site teams for drug substance transfer and integration projects
Translate business and customer requirements into defined project scope statements
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
Facilitate project meetings and ensure alignment across stakeholders and sites
Manage project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
Drive stakeholder engagement and communication planning across global teams
Oversee change control processes in line with GMP and quality management systems
Coordinate execution of change control actions and ensure timely completion
Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure closure of project deliverables
Ensure compliance with GMP documentation and site quality requirements
Requirements
Degree in Science, Engineering, or related discipline
Experience in biopharma project or programme management roles
Strong background in GMP-regulated environments
Experience managing change control processes
Knowledge of cGMP and GLP standards
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
