We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Accounts Administrator to join our finance team in Green Isle Foods based in Naas, Co Kildare.
We offer a Hybrid working arrangement with 2 days in the office (Tuesday and Wednesday) and 3 days at home with flexible start/finishing times.
This is a maternity leave contract for initially 6 months with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform financial administration to support the wider finance team.
* Working with the wider finance team and provide regular communication.
* Manage customer collections while logging each claim.
* Setting up customer accounts and manage account closures.
* Create and update vendor accounts ensuring company details, bank details etc. are correct.
* Analyse and query customer reports on a regular basis.
* Forward customer statements to customers and advise on queries.
* Release and follow up on customer supply chain orders.
* Filing & Other Clerical Duties.
* Elements of Credit Control.
* Fuel Card Invoices and Reports – download and forward to Accounts Payable.
* Manage Mobile Phone Bills download and forward to Accounts Payable.
* Any Adhoc duties that may apply.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Preferably 1 to 2 years’ experience in an accounts / finance role.
* A good level of proficiency and experience in Excel.
* A good level of competency in MS packages (Word, PowerPoint etc.).
* A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
