What you'll be doing:
Working side-by-side with the CEO and CFO across two key business units
Reviewing budgets, P&Ls and financial performance to drive key decisions
Analysing how different customer types and revenue streams are performing - and how to improve them
Identifying cost-saving and efficiency opportunities across the business
Becoming a trusted commercial partner to senior leaders across departments
What you'll bring:
Ambition, drive and a real appetite to learn how a business operates at senior level
A head for numbers and confidence with financial reporting and commercial analysis
Previous experience in finance, commercial support or budgeting roles
A background in transport, leasing or asset-based industries is a plus - but not essential
