Office Administrator - North Dublin Salary: €30,000-€32,000 DOE Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (early finish at 2:00pm on Fridays) About the Role We are currently recruiting an Office Administrator on behalf of our client based in North Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational, administrative, and customer service skills who enjoys working in a dynamic and supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities Process sales orders over the phone Manage stock control and inventory Deliver a high standard of customer service Handle general office tasks: answering calls, responding to emails, and managing daily correspondence Provide in-store support during holiday periods or staff absences Key Skills & Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office (minimum 1 year of experience preferred) Excellent communication skills and fluent English (essential) Leaving Certificate or equivalent (preferred) Full driving licence and access to a car Flexible and positive attitude; team player Experience with Opra Accounts system is an advantage Benefits Competitive salary (€30,000-€32,000, depending on experience) On-site parking Early Friday finish for improved work-life balance Interested?
