The Role
As part of our exciting expansion strategy, we are seeking an enthusiastic Administration Specialist to join our Electrical Services and Facilities Management team.
Position Overview
As an Administrative Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our field and office teams through data entry, customer service, scheduling, reporting, and general office management. The ideal candidate is reliable, tech-savvy, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform accurate and timely data entry of meter reading reports and customer information
* Handle inbound calls and emails from clients, customers, and field staff
* Maintain and update internal databases and tracking systems
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
* Provide general administrative support to the operations and management team
Required Qualifications
* Proven experience in an administrative, office support, or coordinator role
* Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the utilities, field services, or logistics industry
* Familiarity with route scheduling, GPS systems, or field service software
* Experience with customer service or call centre operations
