We are hiring for the position of Catering General Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and possess strong leadership skills to oversee catering operations effectively.
Responsibilities
* To assist in the recruiting and training of permanent and casual staff.
* To organise, lead and motivate your team.
* To ensure health and safety regulations are strictly observed.
* To budget and establish financial targets and forecasts in association with the Financial Controller.
* To manage the daily cleaning and up keep of the premises, establish daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules and ensure they are signed off by each department.
* To keep financial and administrative records.
* To manage the payroll, costed rosters and review with Financial Controller.
* To negotiate contracts with customers, assessing their requirements and ensuring they are satisfied with the service delivered.
* To deal with staffing and client issues.
Management responsibilities:
* To ensure that the company Vision & Mission statement is communicated, understood and lived
* To attend assigned meetings as required
* To accept a flexible work schedule necessary for your attendance at special events
* To provide support where necessary in other areas of the business
* To carry out any reasonable additional business related requests from colleagues

Pay: €32,004.19-€58,373.87 per year
