At the Muiriosa Foundation we have re-imagined the role of the Behaviour Therapist. We are guided by the person, we work collaboratively, and we focus on relationship and connection. We examine our own behaviour. We acknowledge that human distress is often a frustration response resulting from chronic stress. Behaviour therapists base interventions on a comprehensive assessment of each person’s strengths, needs and within the context of their environment. Although the post is for normal office hours, the successful candidate will be committed to a high degree of flexibility. The Muiriora Foundation promotes a human rights-based approach. If you are interested in changing your lens and working towards paradigm change- this may be the post for you
