The Clinical Nurse Manager I will be responsible for leading the Haemodialysis Unit team, ensuring high-quality patient care, and promoting a safe and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the Haemodialysis Unit team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.

Descriptions
This is a permanent, whole-time position that requires flexibility to support the Haemodialysis Unit requirements in Galway University Hospital (UHG) and Merlin Park University Hospital (MPUH).
The successful candidate may be required to work in any service area within the vicinity as needed.
A panel may be formed for Galway University Hospital from which current and future permanent and specified purpose vacancies may be filled.
