As a senior leader in social care, you will play a pivotal role in guiding your team to deliver exceptional services that support individuals with complex needs.
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional who can work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold the highest standards of care and compliance.
* Support the service lead in managing daily operations and ensuring seamless delivery of services.
* Supervise and mentor staff, promoting reflective practice and accountability to drive continuous improvement.
* Evaluate and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including HIQA standards.
* Cultivate a culture of person-centred planning, dignity, and inclusion, championing the rights and autonomy of service users.
* Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, audits, and inspections, driving excellence in service provision.
* Act as deputy to the service lead when required, maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
Qualifications and Experience:
A Level 7 or higher qualification in Applied Social Care or a related field, coupled with at least three years' post-qualification experience in disability or social care, including some supervisory experience.
