This is a high-impact appointment responsible for leading a complex, end-to-end service transition project, ensuring operational continuity, governance compliance, and delivery to agreed quality and performance standards.The successful candidate will drive structured project planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement across outgoing and incoming service providers and internal teams to deliver a seamless transition.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the full lifecycle delivery of a major service transition projectDevelop and manage detailed project plans covering scope, milestones, schedules, and resource allocationMonitor progress, manage change controls, and ensure delivery against defined KPIsEnsure adherence to organisational governance frameworks and project management standardsMaintain comprehensive project documentation, including risk registers and status reportsPrepare briefings and progress updates for steering committees and senior stakeholdersBuild and manage effective relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAct as the primary point of contact for project communications, including risks and dependenciesFacilitate workshops, working groups, and project meetingsIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues throughout the lifecycleEnsure all deliverables meet agreed quality standardsConduct post-implementation reviews and support continuous improvement initiativesEssential RequirementsDegree qualification (minimum NFQ Level 7) in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related disciplineMinimum two years' experience managing large-scale projects of comparable scope and complexityDemonstrated experience working within multi-disciplinary teams and leading change initiativesStrong knowledge of recognised project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile)Proficiency in project management tools, including MS ProjectExcellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver within tight deadlinesDesirable RequirementsExperience delivering or supporting strong customer experience initiativesExposure to complex organisational transitions or large-scale service change programmesInterested?
