* This includes providing EU regulatory guidance for innovative digital health solutions entering the EU market.
* The successful applicant will also support clients in regulatory investigations and compliance matters across medical devices, food, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals.
* A further responsibility will be representing clients in enforcement actions, civil claims, and criminal proceedings.
* Additionally, they will manage multi-party, high-value product liability litigation in national and international contexts.
