Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and innovative Digital Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the delivery of VWFS's strategic and commercial objectives. Reporting directly to the Product & Innovation Manager the Digital Specialist will support the Digital Product Owners with new digital transformation projects whilst improving, enhancing and developing existing Digital Journeys, for our Dealers and end customers.
The Digital Specialist will play a key role in gathering and documenting business requirements ensuring robust and efficient processes through effective stakeholder management, ensuring successful integration internally and externally
key Responsibilities
* Support digital transformation projects from initial concept through to successful implementation.
* Support the development and maintenance of the delivery roadmap for new features and enhancements to digital journeys, with a focus on automation and process efficiency.
* Ensure all new digital initiatives deliver an optimal customer experience.
* Diagnose and triage issues, collaborating with relevant teams to implement timely solutions.
* Gathering, analyse and translate business requirements to clear user stories, facilitate workshops and detailed documentation capture in relevant systems such as SharePoint, Confluence, Jira and Visio.
* Develop effective test scripts, process documentation, and implementation guides to support smooth market transitions, maintaining up-to-date records in relevant systems.
* Contribute to the change management process by prioritizing and implementing key technical changes that advance digital development
key Skills, Experience and Requirements
* A third-level qualification in Business, Finance, or IT (or a related discipline) is preferred.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar environment; experience in the motor or financial services sector is an advantage.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to question and challenge business requirements while delivering effective, efficient solutions.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within defined key performance indicators.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
* Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and take initiative.
* Experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
Terms and Conditions
This is a permanent full-time position. The successful candidate will be expected to work a minimum of 2 days a week on site at the Liffey Valley Office. Compliance with all relevant internal policies and procedures and adherence to the Volkswagen Financial Services Code of Conduct is mandatory.
