Job Title: Project Coordinator (Mid-Level)
We are partnered with a growing organization seeking a mid-level Project Coordinator to support their Implementation Manager with several ongoing and greenfield projects. This is a long-term day rate contract of initially 10 months.
The focus of this position is to support existing team members with Microsoft administrative tasks, engage with stakeholders across the business, work to timelines, and manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
This is an opportunity to join an established company implementing changes across Ireland in several public sector divisions, impacting Ireland's future infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with experience in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
You will work across multiple workstreams, provide project updates, identify obstacles, and propose solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and prepare draft documents using approved formats/templates.
* Support the Implementation Manager with reporting, project tracking, and team updates.
* Coordinate with project team members and initiate PMO projects at startup.
* Assist with budgeting, bookkeeping, and tracking purchase orders.
* Liaise with finance for invoice review against project budgets.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in a similar Project Coordinator role.
* Excellent communication skills for engaging with teams and stakeholders.
* Strong prioritization and time management skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Knowledge of project budgeting, invoicing, and bookkeeping.
