Project Nature (T26) On-going Support of the Computerised Social Security System II (CSSS-II) for the Social Welfare Department
Duties
To perform problem diagnosis and program fixing for various CSSS-II software components including rule engine
To perform physical design and specify program components for the system enhancements
To prepare and conduct system testing and user acceptance test
To produce project documents
To devise operating procedures
To supervise Analyst Programmers to perform program development and system testing
To perform on call support duties

Requirements
experience in system development and implementation, preferably IT project of large-scale system implementation
hands-on experience in JAVA, Java Application Framework and JavaScript Programming; and experience in application system using DB2, Structured Query Language and Apache Web Server
Experience in social security service system is preferred; and Work experience with/in the government is required
Technical Skills
At least 3 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP)
At least 2 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV)
At least 2 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL)
At least 2 years' experience in DB2 (DB2)
At least 2 years' experience in Java Application Framework (e.g. Struts (Apache)) (JAF)
At least 1 year's experience in Apache Web Server (AWS)
Non-technical Skill
At least 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV)
Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent
At least 5 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity
