We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead a portfolio of residential apartment developments.
Job Description
* Manage a diverse range of residential apartment blocks.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior directors.
* Develop and execute service charge budgets and sinking funds.
* Collaborate with the communications team on resident updates and feedback surveys.
pRequirements include at least 3 years experience working in property management, a PSRA D Licence or equivalent, full driving licence, access to an insured vehicle, strong customer service skills and proficiency in using technology for budgeting.
