The Brandon Hotel is currently recruiting Reception staff.
Requirements:
* This role would require you to undertake front of house duties, including meeting and greeting guests.
* Checking in and out guests in a friendly and timely manner.
* To ensure a superb customer service experience.
* To resolve any issues in a professional manner.
* To be able to work in a fast paced, busy office environment.
* To possess excellent telephone and email communication skills.
* To have good knowledge of the local area.
* Must be able to work shift work including weekends and public holidays.
Training will be provided, experience would be a distinct advantage.
This role will require availability Monday - Sunday.
