Description Our Galway hub is expanding and we are looking to add a new Part Qualified Accountant to our Galway City team. The role of a Part Qualified Accountant is to provide support to the Director and Portfolio Managers by completing routine tasks. They will provide a professional service to clients who contact and visit the office, as well as with other team members while promoting the Xeinadin vision and values
This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional, with at least two years PQE in practice. You will deliver accounting, tax, and compliance services to a broad portfolio of SME clients and report directly to a Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Represent Xeinadin to the client ensuring that the day to day is delivered ensuring a focus on innovation and the future.
Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard in terms of timeliness and technical competence.
Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing with external clients, always aiming to deliver customer service excellence.
Participate in teamwork and activities enhancing standards for the business and client.
Attend courses to ensure technical knowledge is maintained and that CPD is complied with.
Key Requirements
ACA, ACCA, CPA part qualified
Experience working in and Irish practice ideally
Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS, UK GAAP etc.)
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Experience in leading and managing audit teams in an Irish accountancy setting
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
