Purpose:
Compliance & Risks is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to help drive the organization to make data-driven decisions. You will work directly with Sales, Growth, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and cross-functionality with various levels of the organization. You will work with a diverse, globally located wider team. The Revenue Operations team is a globally dispersed team. You will work a hybrid work schedule from your home office and our Cork office.
Key Responsibilities Areas(KRAs):
Revenue Operations Tech Stack Ownership:
* Administrate Go-to-Market teams with existing technology stacks (Hubspot, Zoominfo, Linkedin SalesNav)
* Help establish, document, and train our employees on business processes and workflows.
* Oversee CRM data quality, hygiene, and integrity.
* Proactively identify and investigate business problems and opportunities, call out trends and patterns, and communicate proposals to business leaders
* Work with leadership to increase forecast accuracy of the sales .
* Monitor system adoption, data compliance, and governance.
* Identify gaps in our processes and use data to improve adoption of our tools.
* Advise on billing calculations as usage and pricing models develop.
* Participate in special projects, ad hoc analysis, and perform additional responsibilities, as necessary
Revenue Reporting and Analytics:
* Develop and maintain a standard set of reports for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly use that is organized, accurate, and accessible utilizing business intelligence tools, CRM, and other resources
* Help for board meetings and business reviews.
* Help manage and create ad hoc reporting and analysis requests.
* Help with transparency around our pipeline, clients, bookings and revenue.
Experience and Qualifications:
* 5-8 years' experience working within a CRM related role
* Experience with change management
* Strong analytical skills – comfortable with pulling and presenting results/analysis
* Passion for Data and Analytics
* Dynamic and creative problem solver
* Exceptional presentation and communication skills
* Outstanding attention to detail essential
* Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint is required
