We're seeking an experienced Senior QS to oversee commercial delivery of this large-scale project.
Your Role: Lead all commercial aspects for a major hospitality scheme Manage full procurement process and subcontract packages Prepare monthly valuations and cost reporting Administer main contract and subcontract agreements Oversee change management and final accounts Mentor junior commercial team members Requirements: 7+ years' post-qualification experience with a main contractor Proven track record on hospitality/residential projects (€30M+ value) Strong working knowledge of RIAI and standard construction contracts Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline Excellent commercial acumen and leadership skills Why Join Us?
