Job Overview:
* This role entails coordinating the day-to-day activities on a large-scale construction project in Limerick.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
* Candidates with an engineering or trade background will be considered for this position.
* Supervise and coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely completion of works.
* Prepare comprehensive progress reports and lead site meetings.
* Develop effective communication skills to interact with clients, architects, and engineers.
* Plan and implement site setup, security, logistics management, deliveries, and traffic management strategies.
* Collaborate with the Project Manager to adhere to the construction program and monitor resources, labour, plant, and other overheads.
* Maintain accurate daily logs and enforce quality/work standards on site.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* At least 7 years' experience in site management within healthcare, commercial, industrial, residential, or large fit-out projects.
