Purchasing Manager Role
The Purchasing Manager position is responsible for leading the building materials purchasing team.
* Maintain optimal stock availability and manage inbound cost control.

Main Responsibilities:
* Sourcing: Drive cost-effective sourcing strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.

* Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels, and perform cycle counts as needed.
* Cost Control: Continuously monitor and analyze costs to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Finance.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain management, or a related field.
* Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
