About This Role:
As a senior chef de partie at a high-end hotel in Cork City, you will report directly to the head chef or sous chef and be responsible for ensuring that day-to-day operations are carried out in line with the hotel's stringent standards.
Main Responsibilities:
 * Food Quality and Hygiene: Monitor food quality and hygiene standards to ensure a safe and healthy environment for customers.
 * Inventory Management: Maintain proper rotation of product in all chillers to minimize wastage and spoilage.
 * Cleanliness and Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment to maintain a hygienic environment.
Requirements:
 * Experience: Previous experience working in a similar role is essential.
 * Food Safety Handling: Knowledge of food safety handling is crucial for this position.
