Quality Assurance Team Lead
We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) professional to lead our QA team in delivering high-quality mobile connectivity solutions.
As a QA Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a small team of QA engineers in testing the mobile connectivity stack, including voice, data, SMS, SIM provisioning and roaming. You will ensure robust and high-quality deployments that support seamless network connectivity for our customers across various geographies.
You will also design and maintain test strategies and plans for mobile core network components, including HLR/HSS and MNO roaming integrations. Additionally, you will oversee end-to-end testing of mobile services, roaming scenarios and SIM lifecycle management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Third-level qualification in a technology discipline such as engineering or computer science
* 5+ years of experience in telecom QA with 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role
* Strong understanding of mobile network architecture (2G/3G/4G/5G) and SIM provisioning
* Experience testing mobile services (Voice, SMS, Data), eSIMs and roaming scenarios
* Familiarity with tools such as Wireshark, CSG, Sigos, SIM OTA platforms and network simulators
* Familiarity with frameworks such as SpecFlow and Nunit
