**Assistant Front Office Manager Position Available**
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a luxury hotel environment.
The successful candidate will support the Front Office Manager in leading and inspiring the Front Office team to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
The role involves providing outstanding service, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring seamless arrival and departure procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Front Office Manager in delivering a warm welcome and memorable guest experience.
* Anticipate and meet the needs of guests to maximise satisfaction.
* Manage reservation calls efficiently and deliver excellent guest care.
* Assist in the day-to-day running and ongoing development of the Reception Team.
* Oversee room allocation and coordinate with Accommodation for timely availability.
Additional responsibilities include implementing and upholding hotel brand standards, promoting hotel amenities, and maintaining accurate filing and administration within the Front Office department.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Front Office Manager or at least 2 years at supervisor level in a busy hotel environment.
Strong familiarity with Front Office systems is essential, and Opera Cloud experience is highly desirable.
Excellent spoken and written English is also required, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A proven ability to lead or support a team, with a focus on training and development, is essential.
