Exceptional Project Planner required to join RINA's Energy capability in Ireland, accountable for scheduling and optimising resource and task allocation within a highly complex Programme. You will be a key support in the design and development of a critical Infrastructure Programme, which will deliver downstream energy to Ireland.
This role will be based in Cork, Ireland.
Responsibilities will include:
Project Scheduling: identify and analyses the critical path, determining the sequence of activities that impact the project timeline;
Risk mitigation: conduct variance and scheduling analysis to compare planned versus actual progress and recommend corrective actions;
Communicate project schedules to internal and external stakeholders;
Develop resource scheduling plans;
Anticipate project delays and develop mitigation plans to resolve issues.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
At least five years' Project Planning experience;
No sector specialism required, but an interest in Energy and/or Engineering would be desirable;
Understanding of managing Project risks;
Demonstrable experience of resolving project issues;
Experience of creating and managing detailed project schedules using scheduling software, such as Oracle Primavera P6;
Comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and have demonstrable ability to present project updates with clarity and confidence;

Must live within commutable distance of Cork; we are unable to support with relocation costs;
