We are currently seeking a Spa Operations Supervisor to join the team at Farnham Estate. The ideal candidate with the ability to be professional and communicate courteously and effectively with guests and colleagues alike. Role/Responsibilities
* Lead, train, and support the Spa Reception team to deliver exceptional service
* Manage guest bookings and enquiries, ensuring accuracy and personalized communication
* Maintain a warm and professional front-of-house experience for all spa guests
* Oversee daily operations: payments, reports, therapist schedules, and membership management
* Ensure cleanliness and presentation of reception and retail area
* Support stock control, roster planning, and administrative duties as directed
* Represent the spa at hotel meetings and liaise effectively with other departments
* Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and grooming standards
