PMO Excellence Client Solutions & Market Lead - Senior Manager / Director

We are seeking a skilled Senior Manager or Director to join a leading Risk Consulting team specializing in PMO Excellence and Project Assurance Management. This role offers the opportunity to work with large-scale transformation programmes and deliver impactful solutions that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and provide expert guidance in PMO processes.
- Lead presentations and proposals for complex projects, bringing valuable subject matter expertise.
- Manage project prioritisation, financial reporting, resource planning, and decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to project management standards and portfolio governance across multiple projects.
- Support Project Leads in delivering projects on time, within scope, and with required resources.
- Continuously improve PMO processes, tools, and templates, leveraging industry best practices.
- Provide leadership and motivation to project teams throughout project lifecycles.
- Oversee risk, issue, and stakeholder management to ensure project success.
Internal Responsibilities:
- Lead client engagements, including recruitment and financial management.
- Contribute to the development and growth of the PMO Excellence service offering.
- Support business development and generate new client opportunities.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster growth and performance improvement.
- Assist in people development, including recruitment, training, and retention initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting or a similar advisory role.
- 15+ years of experience in Project Management / PMO.
- Proven track record of managing complex stakeholder programmes.
- Strong understanding of project governance, change management, and portfolio management.
- Professional qualifications such as PRINCE2 or PMP are desirable.
