We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Bartender, ensuring outstanding service, efficient management, and a memorable bar experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality bar service.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks
* Engage with guests, recommend drinks, and create a welcoming atmosphere
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all hygiene standards are met
* Monitor and restock bar inventory, reporting any shortages to management
* Handle cash and card payments efficiently and accurately
* Comply with all local alcohol laws and safety regulations
Requirements
* Previous experience as a bartender or in a hospitality role is a plus, but not required
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
* Passion for mixology and a keen interest in learning new drink recipes
* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
* Must be 18 years of age or older.
