We're partnering with a well‑known national organisation who are undergoing a major multi‑year technology transformation. They are now hiring a Head of Programme Delivery to lead and govern a portfolio of complex technical change across infrastructure, software, cloud and data programmes.This is a senior, strategic role suited to someone who understands how to stabilise core systems, manage multi‑vendor environments, and deliver modernisation at scale. You'll operate at the centre of organisational change, working with senior stakeholders, technical teams and external partner to drive successful delivery.What you’ll doOversee a multi‑stream programme of technical projects, ensuring organisational goals translate into measurable deliver outcomes.Shape delivery structures, governance frameworks, roadmaps and sequencing for large‑scale change.Build effective cross‑functional relationships and ensure stakeholders are aligned throughout the programme.Lead demand and resource planning, budget oversight, and vendor management across multiple partners.Manage risks, issues, controls, and delivery quality, ensuring robust processes across SDLC, QA, testing, and release management.Coordinate complex integration work across platforms, data and cloud environments.Support wider organisational readiness and change activities.What you’ll bringSenior experience managing multi‑stream technical change, migrations, and modernisation programmes.Clear, pragmatic leadership skills and be comfortable with complexity and driving delivery in environments with competing priorities.Strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills, including reporting to senior leaders and boards.Experience across CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar), cloud adoption, networking, data and/or security.Proven ability to build and improve delivery processes within resource‑constrained environments.Experience in technical debt remediation, data governance workstreams, or NIST CSF, is an advantage.What’s on offerExcellent salary – a senior leadership role at the centre of a major transformation.Meaningful work with significant social impact.Hybrid model with two fixed office days per week.If you are an experienced programme delivery leader looking to drive impactful change in a complex environment, apply now and let’s talk!Applicants can only be considered if they are currently living in Ireland and hold full, unrestricted permission to work in Ireland (e.g. EU/EEA Citizen, Stamp 4, or equivalent).
