Role Purpose:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Lead to join our client's manufacturing facility in Co. Wexford.In this role you will drive program delivery in line with the organization's project management methodology.It will be a very big plus if you can bring experience in developing projects or sites from square one.Core Duties and Responsibilities:Lead the project management activities for a given workstream/manufacturing line.Leading collaboration efforts across key stakeholders to ensure project risks are clearly understood & communicated in a timely manner.Develop and champion governance and reporting structures to ensure project transparency and accountability.Driving task & deliverable adherence to established schedule through the daily & weekly Tier meetingsDeveloping project plans (incl. scope, objectives, timelines and resource allocation) & challenging existing program schedules.Build an in depth understanding of your given workstream to drive valuable input to team discussionLead problem solving workshops to identify program gapsIdentify and resolve operational problems to mitigate schedule impactEvaluate and authorize changes that significantly impact the scope, budget, or timeline of the program.Education & Qualifications Required:Minimum Level 8 Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Science or related discipline.A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role > 7 years' experience being ideal.Project Management experience (PMP/Prince 2/IPM certification or similar is desired)Ideally, experience leading large capital projects at medical device manufacturing sitesPrior experience with heat suppression systems is a strong preference.Appreciation of requirements to complete projects within a clean room environmentExperience dealing with multidisciplinary (Mechanical, electrical, civil, structural contractors)Understanding of project lifecycle & how to manage the transition of projects from concept to planning & execution at site levelAdvanced MS project & MS Excel experienceExperience with Manufacturing & Quality documentationStrong communication and influencing skillsStrong problem - solving skills – ideally evidenced through leadership of workshop style sessionsSolid Presentation skillsAbility to work cross functionally and collaborateInfluencing without authorityPeople management experience is desirable but not required
