Reporting directly to the Associate Director in Quality, you will work closely with Project Managers, Contracts Managers, and project teams to maintain quality targets while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and mentoring project personnel.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement project-specific Quality Plans and Inspection & Test Plans to ensure compliance with industry standardsOversee quality inspections, method statements, and conduct regular site quality audits with feedback to project teamsSupport BCAR inspections, documentation, and certification processes while managing external auditsMonitor and close out non-conformance reports, implementing corrective actions to resolve quality issuesDeliver quality-focused training and inductions for employees and subcontractors while mentoring project teamsLead the use of Procore for quality management and support lean initiatives to improve construction efficiencyTraining & DevelopmentDeliver quality-focused inductions and training for employees and subcontractorsMentor project teams and support ongoing employee developmentPromote best practices, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing across all projectsCollaborate with Contracts Managers and HR to document development milestones and integrate quality training into onboardingOrganise toolbox talks, workshops, and refresher sessions to reinforce quality standardsProcess ImprovementSupport lean initiatives to improve construction quality and efficiencyLead the use of Procore for quality management and ensure teams are trained in its useCapture and apply lessons learned from past projects to enhance future deliveryRequirementsA qualification in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline preferredMinimum 5 years' experience in a management role within construction, ideally with main contractorsStrong knowledge of BCAR, quality systems, site compliance, and building regulations in IrelandExcellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills with ability to influence teams and promote continuous improvementExperience with digital construction management tools and commitment to delivering projects to the highest quality standardsThis role offers the opportunity to join Ireland's leading construction company and make a meaningful impact on high-profile projects while developing your career in a supportive, innovative environment.
