We are seeking a seasoned Integration Manager to lead the successful integration of complex cross-organisational projects. As a key member of our team, you will drive strategic initiatives and develop comprehensive integration plans to deliver cohesive results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Leadership: Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project plans and milestones.
* Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate essential workstreams across both organisations.
* Executive Reporting: Provide concise status reporting and progress tracking to key stakeholders.
* Risk Mitigation: Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, proposing mitigation strategies.
* Process Design: Assess current workflows and systems, document differences and gaps, and propose integration approaches.
* Initiative Support: Drive key alignment initiatives, including data migration, system consolidation, and operational change.
* Strategic Recommendations: Conduct organisational analysis, prepare recommendations, and deliver informed decision frameworks.
Requirements:
* BS in Engineering or other technical discipline.
* Minimum 3 years of engineering experience.
* Proven experience in Post-Merger Integration (PMI) or significant organisational change management.
* Strong Project Management capabilities (PMO background is a plus).
* Experience with system integration or process mapping is desirable.
* Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
