We are currently seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to help maintain the overall condition and functionality of our hotel.
This role supports guest satisfaction by ensuring rooms, public areas, and equipment are safe and well-maintained.

Responsibilities
Perform basic repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting
Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests
Complete routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks
Maintain tools and work areas in a safe, organized manner
Assist with property improvement projects as needed
Qualifications
Basic knowledge of building maintenance systems
Ability to use hand and power tools safely
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
