Reporting to the Branch Manager you will play an important part in the business by managing the admin function and supporting the different divisions of the business - Logistics / Accounts & Retail. Job Location - Ennis. Co Clare Duties to include Processing goods in / goods out paperwork. Processing telephone payments from farmers. Supporting the logistics function of the business. Liasing with hauliers. Supporting other internal staff members and business managers. Other ad hoc admin duties that may arise Experience required 3 to 4 years previous Office Admin experience. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word & Outlook ) Strong communication and interpersonal skills In return Attractive hourly rate.
