Occupational Therapy Assistant
The Occupational Therapy Assistant role involves working under the supervision of a designated PT/OT/Dietitian/SLT to manage their own caseload.
Key responsibilities include completing competency documents, mandatory training, and ensuring patient safety through regular checklists.
In addition to these tasks, reporting concerns to treating therapists or ward nurses, documenting patient status, and performing therapy assistant duties throughout the day are also required.
