Job Title: Maintenance Operations Manager
As a key member of the site leadership team, this role is responsible for managing and leading the maintenance engineering team to ensure optimal equipment reliability and availability.
The successful candidate will have prior experience in managing all aspects of a maintenance team in a GMP environment, with a strong focus on process improvement, efficiency, and cost reduction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the maintenance engineering team to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement effective preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness.
Collaborate with production and quality teams to plan and schedule maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Implement a robust maintenance management system to track and report on maintenance activities, KPIs, and costs.
Ensure compliance with EU GMP, EHS, and other regulatory standards, supporting internal audits and regulatory inspections as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance management, including people management.
Proven track record of delivering process improvements and cost savings through efficient maintenance practices.
