About The Role
As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are completed efficiently.
Responsibilities Include:
* Managing daily activities of facility service contractors, including permits, work orders, and follow-ups.
* Acting as the area owner for site infrastructure, including roads, drains, and building fabric.
* Managing the close-out of customer requests for minor repairs or upgrades.
* Auditing site facility standards and driving improvements.
* Supporting waste reduction initiatives and remediation works for engineering issues.
* Promoting and monitoring site safety, engineering, and quality standards.
* Supporting maintenance planning, organization, and implementation, including shutdown periods.
* Assisting in developing and updating the site facilities master plan.
* Negotiating facility-related service contracts and supervising their operation.
* Participating in cross-functional and inter-site teams.
* Project managing facility-related projects outside of the core team scope.
* Performing other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the client.

Qualifications:
Minimum: Diploma in Engineering or Business-related discipline, or proven experience of at least two years in maintenance or managing contractors.
OR
A qualified craftsperson with at least two years’ post-certification experience.
Preferred: Degree in Engineering or Business, or craft certification with at least four years’ experience.
