Join us.The Opportunity: The OpenText Cloud Services organization is seeking a Lead Artificial Intelligence Developer to join the Cloud Services& Enablement team. This team is responsible for designing, deploying, managing, and supporting scalable, secure, and efficient MLOps infrastructure and workflows across public cloud environments. This role is pivotal in enabling the deployment and operationalization of AI/ML models that power OpenText's suite of industry-leading SaaS applications.You will help drive our vision to be the best Information Management company in the world- where information and AI elevate every individual and organization to be their best.OpenText has been named one of the World's Best Companies by TIME Magazine for the second consecutive year, recognized by Forbes as one of the World's Best Employers for three consecutive years, and ranked among the World's Top Companies for Women in 2023.You are great at: Designing and implementing scalable and secure MLOps pipelines using modern CI/CD tools and cloud-native services.Automating the deployment, monitoring, and governance of machine learning models in production environments.Collaborating with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and DevOps teams to streamline model training, validation, and deployment workflows.Managing and optimizing ML infrastructure, including GPU/TPU provisioning, distributed training environments, and model serving platforms.Ensuring reproducibility, traceability, and compliance of ML workflows through robust versioning and audit practices.Troubleshooting complex issues in ML pipelines and infrastructure with a focus on reliability, performance, and cost-efficiency.Developing and maintaining infrastructure-as-code (IaC) for ML environments using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.Leading initiatives to improve observability, monitoring, and alerting for ML systems.Contributing to the development of internal MLOps standards, best practices, and documentation.Providing mentorship and technical leadership to junior engineers and cross-functional teams.What it takes: 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering, with at least 2+ years focused on MLOps or ML infrastructure.Subject matter expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), especially in deploying ML workloads.Proficiency with ML lifecycle tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Azure ML.Experience with container orchestration (EKS/GKE/AKS, Anthos/Google Distributed Cloud) and model serving frameworks (e.g., VLLM and TorchServe).Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Gitlab CI/CD, Flux, Argo Workflows) and infrastructure automation (Terraform, Helm and Ansible).Strong scripting and programming skills in Python, Bash, and YAML.Deep understanding of agentic frameworks like Google's Agent Development Kit and the ability to write and deploy custom operations-centric agents.Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, etc.).Understanding of data versioning, model versioning, and experiment tracking.Experience with security, compliance, and governance in ML environments.Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.Passion for continuous learning and staying current with MLOps trends and technologies.One Last Thing:OpenText is more than just a corporation, it's a global community where trust is foundational, the bar is raised, and outcomes are owned.OpenText's efforts to build an inclusive work environment go beyond simply complying with applicable laws.
