Site Operations Manager Job Description
This role is responsible for overseeing the effective and hygienic operation of a retail/convenience and fast food site, ensuring high standards of service meet customer expectations. The Site Operations Manager will be accountable for compliance in relation to fresh food, hygiene, health & safety on site and supporting department management teams in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Commercial: Increase sales and profitability of the site by developing forecasting systems and marketing strategies aligned with support office guidelines.
* Customer Service: Deal effectively with customer issues, create a culture of positive interaction, and maintain high levels of quality, service, hygiene, and cleanliness.
* HR: Develop a strong management structure, work closely with key management and supervisory staff, and lead HR matters including recruitment, training, and performance management.
* General: Ensure site upkeep, appearance, health & safety, and legal compliance for both staff and site.
