About the Role
* Build strong client connections, identify opportunities for additional services and advise on solutions.
* Skill junior staff, review their work and ensure projects are tracking to expectations.
* Plan audits and accounting assignments with precision.
* Prepare detailed financial reports and completion memos for review by manager.
* Ensure tax compliance and regulatory adherence.
Requirements
* Fully qualified accountant with experience in small to medium Irish practices.
* Broad experience across audit engagements, accounts preparation, financial statement compilation.
* Strong technical knowledge of FRS101/102.
* Leadership skills and passion for developing junior staff would be preferred.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize with clients and build strong relationships.
* A long-term commitment to the firm and a desire to grow with them.
